Exclamation is an investment firm that combines the investing and business creation activities of its founder, Marc Lavine. Exclamation is focused on identifying unique seed investment opportunities that have significant capital appreciation potential. Since many investors do not have access to these early stage investments, Exclamation provides unique investment opportunities not typically available to such investors, including investments in seed rounds for Capital Pool Companies and the creation of new business ventures through Exclamation Creations.

To complement these potentially high growth investments, Exclamation targets other investment opportunities with established companies that are seeking creative financing opportunities, through which Exclamation can participate by providing financial and strategic assistance to such companies. In addition, the investee companies seeking international expansion will be able to leverage management’s geographic operations and network to connect to new markets of customers, partners and investors. The combination of high growth investments and more mature company investments allows for diversification of risk, as the investments in established companies can provide immediate revenues through dividends and interest, while the Creations business provides for the potential of exceptional returns from the launch and growth of new businesses.
